Excellent chicken comes at a cost! His recipe was developed long long ago when practicing at his local school kitchen! All the bad expired chicken was rolled through a tray of his special seasoning, when he tripped and it all fell into a deep frier! We still use his recipe to this day, with a few modern twists. (im joking)
